DMG does not sell, rent or otherwise give any information about clients, prospective clients, former clients, newsletter subscribers or followers to any third party for any reason.
By keeping up with DMG via its marketing newsletter, subscribers are asked to enter certain information. First name, zip code and organization name are required. Anything else is optional. Of course, the ability to unsubscribe is available from within every newsletter.
Zip code information is only for geographic analysis in the aggregate only. It is not used for any other reason.
First name is collected simply to be able to write “Dear Jack” as a greeting on newsletters. That’s it.
Company name is required so DMG has some idea of what types of companies are interested enough to subscribe.
Again, none of this basic information is shared with any third party for any reason.
Non-personal information from your browser is recorded on DMG’s website host’s server logs. This includes your IP address, cookie information and the page you requested. DMG does not connect this non-personal data to any personal information collected from you.
Any and all information DMG may have is safeguarded to the best of its ability against unauthorized access through access control procedures, network firewalls and physical security measures.
